Vendor Opportunities available for the 2027 LeTip Convention!

LeTip Members interested in vendor opportunities must complete the Vendor Interest Form below. Submission does not guarantee selection.

We are looking for vendors for the following services:

• DJ
• Videographer
• Decor
• Photography
• Photobooths

All applications must be submitted before or by August 31st.

What to Include in Your Proposal

To help you prepare an accurate proposal, please base your pricing on the estimated service schedule and service expectations below.

• Décor (Thursday & Friday)
  Stage décor, registration area, centerpieces, photo opportunities, themed décor, and other design elements that enhance the overall convention experience.
• DJ (Thursday & Friday)
  Music for networking receptions, general sessions, and the awards program (if applicable), along with basic event announcements. Vendors are welcome to include optional enhancements such as uplighting or other production elements.
• Photo Booth (Thursday & Friday)
  A photo booth experience during networking receptions. Please include any available options, such as digital sharing, printed photos, branded photo templates, or custom backdrops.
• Photography (Thursday & Friday, with the option to include Saturday’s Pool & Cabana Networking Event)
  Coverage of candid networking, keynote speakers, educational sessions, awards, sponsor booths, group photos, and other memorable moments throughout the convention. Optional services, such as a same-day slideshow, are welcome.
• Videography (Thursday & Friday, with the option to include Saturday’s Pool & Cabana Networking Event)
  Coverage of keynote sessions, networking activities, interviews, B-roll footage, and a convention highlight or recap video. Please include any optional video packages you feel would enhance the attendee experience.

If your pricing varies based on the number of event days or services provided, please include that information in your proposal.

The schedule above is intended to help you prepare your proposal and may be adjusted as planning continues. We welcome creative ideas, package options, and value-added services that will enhance the attendee experience.

Selected vendors will receive a detailed scope of work, event schedule, and coordination information prior to the event. Please note that the final schedule and service requirements will be confirmed with selected vendors.
