Location Details

The LeTip national Convention will be held at Tuscany Suites & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The
hotel is about 5 miles away from the Las Vegas airport and only 5-10 minute walk
away from the beautiful Las Vegas strip.

Resort fees* per each night are as follows: 5/1 – $79, 5/2 – $199, 5/3 – $239, 5/4 – $79
(* – This is excluding tax. Resort fees for convention-goers are waved.)

You can also call the hotel directly at 877-887-2261 and reference “LeTip National Convention” room block. Parking at the hotel is free for self-parking. Booking at the Tuscany will be the most convenient as it is the location of the convention itself, but there are many other hotel options depending on the experience you’re looking for and your budget.

Transportation in Vegas

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)

5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

The main airport serving Las Vegas is Harry Reid International Airport, code LAS.

It’s located five miles south of downtown Las Vegas, and about five miles away from Tuscany Suites & Casino. Depending on traffic conditions and time of day, the airport is about a 10-20 minute drive to/from the hotel.

Ground Transportation

If you don’t have a car available, we suggest taking a taxi, Uber, of Lyft for your transportation in and around Las Vegas. Prices will vary depending on time of day and traffic.

  • 3 days of business casual, comfortable outfits
  • Swimsuit to enjoy the outdoor pool/spa and event on Saturday
  • Workout clothes to take advantage of the fitness center
  • Healthy snacks and/or drinks (we suggest having small snacks handy throughout the week – protein bars, nuts, fruit, etc.)
  • Camera phones are welcome for you to capture great photos with your fellow participants on breaks, but please note that filming and photography is not permitted during the actual convention sessions.

Convention Attire

Attire for the Convention is business casual. Please wear whatever you will feel most comfortable in.

If you’d like to take advantage of the hotel’s fitness center or swimming pool area, then be sure to bring workout clothes/shoes and a swimsuit.

As the convention date gets closer, you can check for weather updates and forecasts at www.weather.com. We suggest checking this website about a week before the convention to get the best idea of what type of weather to expect.
